Class Descriptions:

All Levels: Appropriate for students at all stages in their practice, from beginners to advanced.  The class includes basic breathing techniques and a wide range of yoga postures based on the requests each class from students.  Class typically ends with a deep relaxation and a short meditation.

Restorative: A yoga experience to help you untie your body’s tensions and restore your energy and vitality using deepbreathing techniques and restorative yoga postures and movements.  Highly recommended for the stressed and overworked, beginning students, and anyone re-vitalizing after illness, injury, surgery.  **Please note that the SUNDAY class usually fills up so I recommend that you REGISTER before coming at www.decaturhotyoga.com

Vinyasa: Yoga postures linked in sequences with the flow of breath.  Warm up movements, variations of sun salutations typically included.  Longer holding times to build heat are followed by forward folds, twists and inversions to cool down.  Previous knowledge of postures is recommended but not required.
